- To Start filtering, MX records needs to be pointed to ECM Servers
- Emails after getting filterered for spam & Virus are relayed to the designated mail server
- Emails which are known as spam are deleted, while those which are probable spam are kept in quarantibe area. Users are informed about the emails in the quanratine area by sending a daily spam digest which contains basic details like senders name, subject & others. Users can login to their personal quarantine area and relase or whitelist any genuine email.
